And our cloudPLUS POS keeps running without internet in case of outages. Our cloudPLUS stations alert the cashier and can instantly go into offline mode and even process credit card payments. Offline orders resync with our cloud servers upon restored internet connection. Our cash control gives detailed tracking and reporting of all offline and online mode POS sessions.

Our POS stations use a variety of payment devices to support end-to-end encryption for secure credit card payments with EMV chip, swipe, or NFC type transactions. We are now featuring our new ‘Pay with Mobile’ at POS stations, where a customer may scan a QR CODE and quickly checkout and pay on their mobile phone and eWallet.

All our POS stations sell and accept Convergence gift cards (stored value) as a form of payment. Our stations have capabilities to either print new gift cards or active pre-printed gift cards and also can reload more stored value on existing cards.

Cashiers can easily look up customer accounts and memberships, take photo IDs and print or activate membership cards, and apply membership entitlements, such as discounting or free or discounted event tickets.
