We do not collect and track your computers IP address used during visits to our website. We do collect general
information via as collected by Google Analytics such as geographic regions and browser and device type. For web
inquiries submitted on our site, we do collect enough information in an input form which requires your name,
company, and email address. This form provides the ability to opt-out of receiving future emails of any sort from
Convergence. If you opt-in to receiving email communications from us, then we may send information to you on our
products or services.
Cookies
Client-side cookies are not set and used by the Convergence.net site to track future web behavior and other website
visits. We do set a general temporary Microsoft cookie which allows us to distinguish among concurrent website visit
sessions.
Security and Privacy
Convergence's website uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information
under our control. We store the information in a database in a secure environment at our secure data center. We will
never sell, rent, or share individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered
by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of
contacting you or sending you emails based on your requesting information.
Collecting Information on Minors
Convergence's website is intended for business-to-business purposes (B2B) and we do not target or intend to collect information on minors.

Our members and their subscribers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes
not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. Users of our site will always be notified
if their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this to ensure that our users can make an informed
