Our Registration capability is integrated with our eTicketing Platform bringing activity operators, educators and special event planners unparalleled power and flexibility.
Our registration products support waitlisting for popular times. We also support event allocations to ensure heavily discounted products do not exceed certain capacities in shared events.
For larger registration bookings, initial payments or deposits may be accepted at booking time. Additional payments may be initiated by purchasers from their Customer Portal account or by payment links sent by client staff from back office management.
Event Roster & Check-in
Registrations are displayed in our Event Roster, both at the POS and in the Management Portal. In the Event Roster, clients may use our 'ticketless' check-in to look up registrants, make upsells to their orders, and to record rental equipment numbers or physical attributes of the participant. Our Event Roster and related 'Manifest View' show visual indicators with icons for addon's and special needs for each participant and along with summaries for each timed session.
