Our Registration capability is integrated with our eTicketing Platform bringing activity operators, educators and special event planners unparalleled power and flexibility. Our registration products support waitlisting for popular times. We also support event allocations to ensure heavily discounted products do not exceed certain capacities in shared events.

Registrations are displayed in our Event Roster, both at the POS and in Management Portal. In the Event Roster, clients may use our ‘ticketless’ check-in to lookup registrants, make upsell to their orders, and to record rental equipment numbers or physical attributes of the participant. Our Event Roster and related ‘Manifest View’ show visual indicators with icons for addon’s and special needs for each participant and along with summaries for each timed session.

Our multilingual waiver capability is deeply integrated with our registration process and has provisions to support multiple languages and minors. Often our clients allow purchasers up until the event start time to name participants in their group registrations. Our confirmations have a link which a purchaser may share with all their guests to submit their waivers in advance. In addition, we have a QR Code displayed during check-in where the purchaser’s guest can scan and enter their waver on site from the convenience of their mobile device.
